What Is Your Average Workday Like, And How Can You Make It More Efficient?

The first step is to get up early and exercise each day. 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. is when I like to start my day. From 9 a.m. until 6 p.m., my schedule is dominated by phone calls and meetings. After that, you may either drive or walk home. Reading and preparing for the next day take up a lot of my free time in the evenings.

Do You Have A Method For Bringing Your Ideas To Life?

I engage in conversation with a wide range of individuals. I thrive when I can collaborate with my coworkers, brainstorming and expanding on each other’s ideas. I like the camaraderie that exists among my team members when we are all working together. Planning is my thing. A solid strategy, in my opinion, frees one up to operate dynamically within a framework while still being able to respond quickly to shifting conditions.

What Advice Would You Offer To A Younger Version Of Yourself?

You are becoming aware of when to wait and when to push yourself. Make sure that you surround yourself with the greatest people possible and get the most out of them. Make rapid decisions about what needs to be focused on and what can wait. Then move ahead with confidence and speed.
